HELLO

My name is Brett Morhart

I am a certified personal trainer, Olympic Lifting, Power lifting,  Weight loss, Strength/Conditioning, and Life Coach. I have many years of experience working with clients and helping them achieve their goals. I do this through weight lifting, meal planning/prepping, nutrition, and supporting/aiding them through the day to day. I help conquer emotional and mental barriers through unbiased communication and stress relief exercises. In other words. In all aspects of life. I am a friend. You're #1 supporter who knows you deserve what you want. I will not give up on you.

MY PHILOSOPHY

The way I train isn't a "GET FIT IN 30 DAYS", or "STARVE YOURSELF AND LOSE 40LBS IN A WEEK". We must first establish a reason as to why you want to reach your specific goal. Whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle, get fit, better yourself or just be healthier, we need to isolate that true reason.

 

Once identified, we will proceed with making a habit. The first habit will be working out, weight lifting with proper form, with proper exercises for your goals and abilities.

 

The next habit will be to start managing what you consume a day. I will start to teach you what calories are, how many you need, and of what macro nutrients (% of Carbohydrates, Protein, Fats) would help you get to your goal. You will learn to meal prep, manage upcoming events, and, by doing that, you will save money by eating more at home.

 

Along this journey, we will find out your triggers. Triggers for eating, not eating, stress, lack of sleep, etc. We will work together and build a plan to conquer them all. Working with me is a journey. Its not just working out. It will be a physical and mental experience through your body and mind. You will evolve into a better version of yourself, build confidence, feel great, look great, lower blood pressure, increase metabolism, increase libido, increase energy, to list a few.

"I am 14 years old and have been training with Brett for 4 months. I started training to put on some muscles and get get faster and stronger for football and hockey. Since then I have gained 12 pounds of muscle and increased my top speed running and skating by 7 KM/Hr. I am also more mobile in all directions which helps my agility. Brett has shown me how important it is to stretch and to learn the correct form so I don't injure myself. I can't wait for football to start this year."
